The Mountain State Wheelers are co-hosting a “Check Your Legs” ride with the West Virginia Division of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society on Saturday, August 9. The event is free and open to anyone interested in riding at Bike MS September 6 and 7. The August 9 course will be the Aaron’s Fork / Allen’s Fork Ride – a basically flat (with a four short climbs) 32 mile route that is out-and-back on Aarons Fork Road, and a 57 miler that features a little of everything – flat roads, short hills and ridge roads. The ride will start at the Elkview K-Mart, 8 miles north of Charleston at 9:00 a.m. SAG support will be provided.
