Aarons Fork – Allens Fork Road Ride " - (pdf 459kb)
This 57-mile Class B ride has a little of everything: plenty of flat road, a few challenging hills and one of the nicest ridge roads in the area. There are stores at miles 16 and 50, so bring plenty of food and water. The ride starts at the K-Mart shopping center in Elkview, I-79 exit 9 10 miles north of Charleston.
Amma Loops Map and Cue Sheet (pdf) is a class C road ride, with 15, 30, and 35 mile options. The starting point is at Exit 25 of I-79, 26 miles north of Charleston. This rural Roane County ride offers miles of flat or gently rolling riding with three widely interspersed moderate climbs. - Submitted by Dale Porter

Bear Fork Clockwise Cue sheet (pdf) 43 miles. Starts at Broundand Road - 214 intersection in Alum Creek. Turn list by Mary Shultz.
Bickmore Ride Map and Cue sheet (pdf) - 57 miles. Starts in Clendenen. Starts out with 36 flat miles and finishes with 22 hilly and rolling miles. Submitted by Submitted by Gene Teaney.

Duck Century Map and Cue Sheet - (pdf) 25, 64 and 105 mile options. This ride up the Elk River is one of the flatest centuries you can do in West Virginia. Submitted by Chuck Peterson
Dutch Ridge Map and Cue sheet (pdf) - 51 miles. Starts at the Crossings Mall, Ext. 9 on Interstate 79 north of Charleston. A lot of ridge riding and about 3,600 feet of climbing.
Hawks Nest Ride Map and Que Sheet (pdf) 52 miles. A challenging 52 mile ride from Smithers to Hawks Nest State Park.
Milton Loop is a 40 mile scenic road ride through central Cabell County. A turn list is provided by Dale Porter.
Rick's Road Rides Cycling Map is an excellent map of suitable cycling roads in the Charleston, South Charleston, and St. Albans, West Virginia areas. This map is provided courtesy of Rick Lee of Rick Lee's Bike Stuff. It is a rather large PDF file, so it may take a while to download.

Cass Loop is a delightful 36 mile ride starting at the Cass Scenic Railroad. The map includes a turn list.
